1. Account Responsibilities
By accessing SellerTriumph, you acknowledge that you are a business user aged 18 or older. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the decisions made based on our underwriting tools.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SellerTriumph for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized scraping of data, uploading of stolen catalogues, or use for illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to the SellerTriumph software, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Lasybat USA Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
SellerTriumph provides product-research and financial-analysis tools. Results are estimates based on available information and do not guarantee profitability, marketplace approval, or legal compliance. Lasybat USA Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of SellerTriumph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Jordan, Utah.
